1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to the following regions:

European Union (EU) 7–15 business days
United Kingdom (UK) 7–15 business days
International (US, AE, SA, JO, AU, CA & more) 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the European Union, prices displayed include applicable VAT taxes.

For orders shipped outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


6. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that:

  • Delivery times may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen carrier disruptions.
  • International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections.
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control once the order has been handed to the carrier.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
