Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This window extends over weekends and public holidays.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/95345213773/account and submit a return request. If you checked out using a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

You can also contact us at tahabari75@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Requests must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The original standard outbound shipping cost will also be refunded. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
